Meet Grace Morgan

Welcome to Workout Dose! I’m Grace Morgan, the founder and driving force behind this fitness and health blog. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I am passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals through practical, effective, and sustainable methods.

My love for fitness began during my college years when I discovered the transformative power of regular exercise and healthy eating. Initially, I started working out to stay fit, but it quickly evolved into a profound passion that reshaped my life. After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and Nutrition, I became a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS). I also hold Yoga Instructor Certification adding to the extensive experience. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, helping them navigate their unique journeys toward better health.
